Healing begins when we allow ourselves to be seen – not as who we think we should be, but as who we truly are.

Mariyah is passionate about helping individuals and couples reconnect to themselves and one another through curiosity, compassion, and embodied awareness. She approaches therapy as a collaborative and sacred space where clients can slow down, tune into their inner world, and explore the patterns, stories, and emotions that shape how they love and relate. Her work integrates both mind and body, recognizing that healing often begins not in fixing what’s “wrong,” but in listening deeply to what’s been unheard.

Mariyah works with couples navigating intimacy and sexual concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, and ADHD. She understands how these experiences often intertwine – how difficulties with focus or self-worth can affect connection and desire, or how unprocessed pain can shape the way we attach and communicate. Mariyah uses an integrative approach informed by psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and relational frameworks, helping couples build awareness, regulation, and emotional safety while exploring the deeper meanings behind their experiences. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, supporting individuals and couples in uncovering the patterns that keep them stuck between who they are and who they want to become, whether in their relationships, their healing journey, or their sense of purpose.

In therapy, Mariyah’s presence is warm and grounding. She brings a blend of depth and humor into the room, meeting couples where they are while gently guiding them toward greater awareness and self-compassion. She believes therapy is not about perfection, but about learning to live in alignment with your truth, even when that truth is still unfolding.

I live by the philosophy that
growth is not linear; it’s a process of remembering who we are beneath our defenses and doubts.
I could spend every day
exploring a new idea, laughing with loved ones, moving my body, or finding a new adventure.
As a therapist, I
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and inspired to approach themselves with honesty and care.
