Dr. Aadila Lynch

In the pursuit of a kinder world, I believe it’s crucial to build a space that honors vulnerability, grounds us, celebrates strengths, and encourages curiosity for growth.
Dr. Aadila Lynch is a clinical psychologist who works with individuals and couples, with a focus on interracial couples, sex and intimacy, and parenting/co-parenting. She has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and emotional abuse.
Aadila specializes in helping couples who feel disconnected, whether due to differences in desire, waning attraction, disappointment, shame, or the lingering impact of trauma and relational hurt. It is incredibly painful when intimacy feels strained or absent. Aadila helps couples gently untangle the emotional and relational dynamics that get in the way of closeness. Through this work, partners learn to communicate more openly about needs, boundaries, and desires so that intimacy can feel more mutual, attuned, and alive.
Raised in a bi-racial family, Aadila works with immigrants and interracial couples through a lens of cultural curiosity and humility. She is deeply attuned to how culture, religion, and family of origin shape identity, communication, and connection. She helps partners navigate these differences with care, honoring the complexity of their experiences while fostering greater understanding, respect, and emotional closeness.
Clients leave sessions feeling unstuck, grounded, and accepted. Aadila holds the vulnerability of this work with gentleness, honoring the courage it takes to move toward intimacy rather than away from it. Clients often note the sense of authenticity, depth, and warmth Aadila brings to this work, exploring concerns with collaboration, clarity, expertise, and resonance. She wholeheartedly believes in her clients’ capability for restoration, repair, and fulfilling connections.
